Luke Berneking has been with the Mosquito Squad corporate team as a Business Advisor since 2019, and has had the opportunity to work with franchisees around the country. As a Business Advisor, Luke is responsible for working with franchise owners and their staff to help strategize and implement best practices that will drive growth and profitability.
Luke has a background in both residential and commercial pest control, having worked with one of the largest pest control companies in the U.S. prior to joining the Squad. Luke eventually ended up managing a commercial team of pest control technicians in the Central VA area that serviced chemical plants, factories and other manufacturing facilities to help keep them in compliance with inspectors and quality assurance guidelines.
Luke attended Old Dominion University for his undergrad and Stratford University for his MBA. Luke lives in the Short Pump area of Richmond, VA with his wife and kids.
