Dr. Kurt Vandock currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth with Mosquito Squad where he is responsible for refining marketing strategies, increasing service offerings, and further developing the general pest control model for the brand as it continues to differentiate itself as a market leader. Dr. Vandock holds a doctorate in biological sciences from Bowling Green State University with a concentration in cell biology, entomology/parasitology, and public health. He has authored manuscripts, numerous articles, abstracts, and presentations. Founded on sustainable development principles, Dr. Vandock has launched many innovations in the environmental health space with multiple granted patents. Prior to this, Dr. Vandock held scientific and business management roles with Bayer. Vandock also served in the Army where he held the rank of Captain and is an Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran. He has numerous publications and patents to his name and actively contributes to the academic community. Dr. Vandock is a frequent guest speaker for Public Health and Pest Control associations and takes great pride in his ability to reduce complex issues to manageable solutions. Regardless of the situation, threat, or intervention, Dr. Vandock always has one goal: Protecting Public Health. When he’s not supporting protectors of public health, Dr. Vandock enjoys spending time with his wife and family, fishing, playing ice hockey, and running.
